OpenAI Realtime is now available as a model option. You can configure agents to use OpenAI’s Realtime speech-to-speech model end-to-end, reducing turn latency on supported workflows. Realtime models work reliably over telephony. The audio pipeline now selects the correct sample rate automatically when a Realtime model is in use, so Realtime agents behave correctly on phone calls — not just web sessions. No configuration changes needed; existing agents pick this up automatically.Bug fixes
- SIP trunk: Bare phone numbers (without a SIP URI) now route correctly through the tenant endpoint instead of failing dial.
